1. Acceptance of these terms
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Courtside's website, mobile/web application, and related services (the "Services"). By accessing or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
2. Accounts and eligibility
- You must provide accurate information and keep your account secure.
- You are responsible for all activity under your account.
- If you are using the Services on behalf of a club, organization, or other entity, you represent that you have authority to bind that entity to these Terms.
3. Club features and competitive play
The Services help clubs and players organize competitive play, including ladders/rankings, challenges, match results, and tournaments. Clubs may configure visibility and rules, and you agree to follow your club's policies and fair-play expectations.
You are responsible for the accuracy of any match results you submit and for resolving disputes through your club's process where applicable.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the Services for unlawful, harmful, or abusive purposes.
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to accounts or systems.
- Interfere with the integrity or performance of the Services.
- Upload or transmit malicious code, spam, or content that infringes others' rights.
5. Content and permissions
You retain rights to content you submit (such as profile info and match results). You grant us a limited license to host, store, display, and process that content solely to operate and improve the Services.
6. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access to the Services if we reasonably believe you violated these Terms, pose a security risk, or misuse the Services. You may stop using the Services at any time. Some provisions of these Terms survive termination.
7. Disclaimers
The Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of any kind, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
8. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Courtside will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenues, data, or goodwill, arising from or related to your use of the Services.
9. Changes to the services or terms
We may modify the Services or these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date above and, where appropriate, provide notice in the Services.
